I had a fun time speaking at fastBREAK last week for the 2012 season kick-off. It's a montly event hosted by our friends at Vibewire. The next talk will be the 24 Feb. Another not-to-be-missed event this month is the Sydney Global Service Jam, taking place the 24-26 Feb. People interested in service design and customer experience will gather all over the globe to develop a new service in 48 hours inspired by a shared theme.
